Your Duties:  This position is a pivotal one which will see you directly supporting two of the firms Directors. You will enjoy a varied role managing their administrative tasks. You will be proactive with a strong client focus as you will be undertaking:   Diary management Dealing with clients directly including responding to emails Preparation of documents on behalf of Directors Preparation of engagement letters Liaising with the ATO, ASIC and ABR as required Management of timesheets Proactively following up on tasks Collation of documents Onboarding of new clients Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required Event coordination    About You: It is essential that you have at least 3 years of experience working for a public practice firm in a similar role.  You will also have: The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly High attention to detail A proactive approach to work Ability to take ownership of duties and follow through tasks Ability to build strong client relationships    The Firm: Our client is based centrally in the CBD with easy access to public transport, paid parking sites, cafes, shops and restaurants.  You will enjoy working in well-appointed offices.
