About the role
This junior adviser role supports a team of experienced financial planners by attending review appointments, preparing advice strategies, and building long‑term client relationships. You’ll work closely with senior advisers and paraplanners in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.
A long‑standing boutique financial planning firm, home to around 18 staff including a team of advisers and an internal mortgage broking arm. Self‑licensed and highly relationship‑driven, they provide holistic advice supported by strong referral networks.

- Support advisers in client meetings and reviews
- Build strong rapport with clients across varied life stages
- Develop advice strategies and provide clear recommendations
- Manage client records and workflows in Xplan
- Liaise with paraplanners and internal teams to deliver holistic advice
- Relevant financial planning qualifications + FASEA compliance
- 1 - 3 years experience as an adviser
- Ability to adopt change and adapt to new processes
- Strong relationship and communication skills
- Xplan proficiency advantageous
- Quarterly bonuses + tailored incentives
- One WFH day per fortnight
