About the role
This junior adviser role supports a team of experienced financial planners by attending review appointments, preparing advice strategies, and building long‑term client relationships. You’ll work closely with senior advisers and paraplanners in a collaborative, growth‑focused environment.

• Support advisers in client meetings and reviews
• Build strong rapport with clients across varied life stages
• Develop advice strategies and provide clear recommendations
• Manage client records and workflows in Xplan
• Liaise with paraplanners and internal teams to deliver holistic advice

Skills & Experience

• Relevant financial planning qualifications + FASEA compliance
• 1 - 3 years experience as an adviser
• Ability to adopt change and adapt to new processes
• Strong relationship and communication skills
• Xplan proficiency advantageous
