The Opportunity: 

Our client is a highly reputable public practice advisory firm. Seeking an experienced Manager/CFO to take ownership of a client portfolio and drive the business development, and work closely with the Managing Director, who is responsible for the highest-level strategic advisory work.

This will be a hands-on position involving virtual CFO advisory for clients, management accounting, financial accounting and strategic planning. 

Seeking someone with a strong management accounting background who is keen to be involved with a varied portfolio of clients and industries. 

You will oversee two Management Accountants and an offshore processing team, ensuring workflow is allocated effectively. 

A core focus of this role is maintaining exceptional client relationships. 

Onsite position with parking available. 


Key responsibilities:

• Client service and relationship management
• Financial reporting and strategic advisory
• Operation and compliance oversight
• Workflow management and team leadership
• Process improvement and systems development

Your experience:

• CA/CPA qualified
• Minimum 7 years' experience in management accounting, and financial reporting. 
• Positive, adaptable and agile personality 
• Tech-savvy; experience with an ERP system is necessary 
• Must have experience within the CFO advisory space  
• Stable work history 
• Strong communicator who enjoys liaising with internal stakeholders at all levels
