About the role
Join a collaborative wealth team where you’ll manage an established client base while growing new relationships. You’ll provide holistic advice, oversee complex strategies, and work closely with internal accounting and mortgage broking partners. Supported by both in‑house and offshore staff, you’ll report directly to senior leadership and contribute to ongoing business growth.

• Manage existing clients and onboard new accumulator and pre‑retiree clients
• Deliver holistic advice across wealth, SMSF, insurance and retirement strategy
• Build strong client relationships and drive referrals through internal channels
• Collaborate with accounting and mortgage teams on shared client work
• Oversee support staff and ensure high-quality advice documentation
• Use Xplan and key platforms to maintain compliant, accurate client records
• Attend networking and client events to support business growth

Skills & Experience

• Financial planning qualification + relevant advice accreditation
• Proven ability to manage accumulator and wealth clients independently
• Strong technical knowledge in investments, SMSF and strategy
• Confident presenting advice and managing complex client scenarios
• Experience using Xplan and advice production workflows
