This role supports a high-performing advice team by managing client service delivery, preparing documentation, maintaining workflow accuracy, and assisting advisers with strategy development. You’ll work closely with Financial Planners, paraplanners, and leaders across the business.
A fast‑growing financial planning firm established over 15 years ago, now operating across multiple states. The business offers holistic, fee‑for‑service advice across a wide range of client segments, from families to sophisticated and high‑net‑worth clients.

- Manage client relationships and deliver high‑quality service
- Prepare advice documents and type detailed file notes
- Support advisers in client meetings
- Assist with strategy development and research
- Maintain CRM accuracy and manage workflow in Xplan
- Coordinate with paraplanners and advisers to meet deadlines
- Completed relevant financial planning education
- Looking to commence/complete Professional Year
- Experience in client services within financial planning
- Strong Xplan capability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
