About the Role
Join a thriving, independent financial planning firm as an Associate Adviser, working directly with Senior Advisers to support high‑quality holistic advice. Ideal for someone stepping up from CSO/CSM and paraplanning, this role offers strong client exposure and a genuine pathway to becoming an Adviser.

• Attend client meetings and provide proactive support
• Assist with strategy development and maintain accurate file notes
• Manage new business implementation and workflow
• Prepare SOAs/ROAs, and complete modelling
• Opportunity for Professional Year support and career progression

  Skills & Experience

• Completed or working towards completing qualified degree in Financial Planning
• Minimum 2 years in a CSO/CSM, Paraplanner, or Associate Adviser role
• Strong attention to detail, organised, and process‑driven
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow
• Xplan experience beneficial but not essential
