With a history of providing exceptional client service the firm has an established and loyal client base. Due to internal growth, they are now seeking a Client Service Administrator to join the team. The Opportunity This position is one which will support the professional accounting team. It is a full function Client Services role which involves a lot of client contact. You will be required to undertake a variety of tasks which includes: Supporting Accountants with general administration tasks Undertaking Personal Assistant duties Handling client queries Diary management and setting appointments for clients Drafting and sending correspondence to clients Liaising with the ATO Liaising with ASIC Liaising with clients Workflow management Maintain client database, onboard new clients About You You will have at least two years of experience working in an administration role.
