The Opportunity
Join a prestigious boutique accounting firm in the heart of Brisbane CBD that delivers expert advisory and compliance services to a diverse client base, ranging from SMEs to large multi-entity groups.
Reporting directly to the Director & Founder, you will take ownership of a portfolio comprising some of the firm’s largest, long-standing clients. With clean files and well-established relationships, this is a rare opportunity to step into a seamless workflow in a highly supportive and low-turnover environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring all accounting and tax compliance needs are met efficiently and accurately.
Prepare financial statements and tax returns for various entities, including companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs.
Provide tax planning and structuring advice to optimise client outcomes, including reviewing and implementing strategies for asset protection, wealth accumulation, and tax minimisation.
Conduct budgeting and cash flow forecasting, offering insights and recommendations to support business growth and financial stability.
Liaise directly with clients, providing proactive, high-quality advice to support their financial and business goals.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
Hold a relevant accounting degree and be CA/CPA qualified
Have 5+ years of public practice experience, with a strong background in managing multi-entity clients
Be a proactive, solutions-focused professional with a strong client service mindset
Enjoy working in a boutique, close-knit team environment where collaboration and flexibility are valued
