About the role
Join a highly respected boutique financial planning firm in a pivotal support role assisting an experienced adviser. You’ll manage client appointments, maintain compliance documents, assist with research and modelling, and provide outstanding service in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare FDSs, opt-ins, and annual review documents

  • Manage client appointments, adviser schedules, and key client dates

  • Professionally handle incoming client calls and emails

  • Maintain accurate records using financial planning software and platforms

  • Assist with product research, modelling, and compliance tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial planning or professional services CSO role

  • Strong administration and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Experience with financial planning platforms (e.g., Midwinter, Netwealth) highly regarded
