Client Service Administrator

THE OPPORTUNITY

New opportunity for a motivated administrator to join a growing and supportive accounting firm in the western suburbs of Brisbane. 

Our client is a well-respected firm that has a long-standing history in the industry and an established and loyal client base. They are enjoying continued success across the business and are now motivated to find a personable administrator to join their close-knit team!
  
THE ROLE

  • Answering and redirecting calls

  • Providing excellent customer service and directly communicating with clients

  • Updating and managing client details on database

  • Onboarding new clients

  • Setting up meeting rooms

  • Utilise the ATO and ASIC portal

  • Liaise with third parties on behalf of the team

  • Preparation of documents

  • Managing outstanding payments

  • Undertaking any further ad-hoc administrative and/or reception duties

ABOUT YOU 

  • Proven administration experience within an accounting or financial planning firm

  • Experience working with XPM

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience utilising Accounting software is highly desirable 

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Personable and professional presentation
