Our client is a well established business that has been in operation in Brisbane for decades. They provide accounting, business advisory and financial planning solutions to a range of clients including HNW individuals and families. Due to growth, they are looking for a Senior Client Services Officer to join their team located in Brisbane. Benefits: Spacious office with a putting green Regular staff prizes Friday drinks in the office Regular food platters for staff Income protection insurance included for staff Office masseuse once a month Work from home flexibility 1-2 days a week (this is a hybrid position) Christmas and EOFY parties Tasks and Responsibilities: Supporting a team of 2 financial advisers Prepare for client meetings including required forms and compliance documents Complete research on client accounts Implementation of advice recommendations Point of contact for clients Management of Xplan database Ad-hoc admin duties Senior CSO duties include helping to manage workflow for the team, assisting and mentoring more junior admin staff and handling more complex implementation tasks About you: 4+ years previous experience in a CSO role supporting financial advisers Experience using Xplan Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal Professional and presentable Advice implementation experience Strong attention to detail Able to prioritise tasks and manage workflow Salary is flexible depending on experience, up to $85,000 plus super. About the role: To keep up with continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who will join an existing client services team to support the financial advisers and business partners. This role will require initiative, decision making, and leadership. You will be working in a fast paced environment, ensuring the needs of the client are met at all times. Key responsibilities Prepare client meeting packs, reports, and review documents Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs) Coordinate with external providers (e.g., product providers, insurance companies) for product information and follow-ups Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build strong relationships Follow up on outstanding client documentation and ensure timely submission. Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in CRM and other systems/portals. Liaise with internal departments (e.g. paraplanners and advisors) to ensure smooth workflow.
