Our client is a successful and well established professional services firm that specialises in accounting and financial advice, located on Brisbane's city fringe. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting two Financial Advisers. Benefits: Comprehensive advice firm - be exposed to all areas of financial advice Welcoming, supportive team culture with good staff tenure Work closely with Directors Work from home flexibility (up to two days per week) - this is a hybrid position Flexible hours, open to part-time Tasks and responsibilities: Provide full support to the Directors/Advisers Handle compliance processes - FDS and annual agreements Client meeting preparation Full implementation of advice including trading investments through platforms Managing the client database (Xplan) Follow up with clients/product providers Ad-hoc administration duties and assist with client queries Opportunity to be involved with projects About you: 2+ years previous experience in a CSO/financial planning support position Experience using Xplan Experience using HUB24, CFS Wrap, Netwealth platforms Familiar with various areas of financial advice such as superannuation, personal insurance, investments, retirement planning Experience with ongoing fee agreement processes Previous experience completing implementation of advice including trading investments Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $70,000 - $75,000 + super. About the role: To keep up with continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who will join an existing client services team to support the financial advisers and business partners. Key responsibilities Prepare client meeting packs, reports, and review documents Implementing advice documents (SOAs & ROAs) Coordinate with external providers (e.g., product providers, insurance companies) for product information and follow-ups Maintain ongoing communication with clients to build strong relationships Follow up on outstanding client documentation and ensure timely submission. Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records in CRM and other systems/portals. Liaise with internal departments (e.g. paraplanners and advisors) to ensure smooth workflow.
