Client Services Officer

Job description

About the role:

Support a team of financial advisers and deliver holistic advice strategies. Manage client enquiries, maintain the Xplan database and implement advice post SOA/ROA. Liaise with product providers and prepare documentation for client meetings in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Support advisers with holistic financial advice implementation
  • Manage client enquiries and provide administrative support
  • Maintain Xplan database and update client records
  • Liaise with super funds, insurers and investment platforms
  • Prepare reports and documents for client meetings
Skills & Experience: 
  • Experience supporting financial advisers
  • Knowledge of super, insurance and investment platforms
  • Xplan experience
  • Experience implementing advice recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
