Client Services Officer

Job description

About the role:

Our client is seeking a Client Services Officer to support financial advisers and help deliver holistic financial advice to clients. You will manage client enquiries, maintain systems and assist with implementing advice. This role sits within a collaborative financial planning team.

Duties include:
  • Support advisers with advice implementation
  • Manage client enquiries and provide admin support
  • Maintain Xplan and update client records
  • Liaise with super funds, insurers and investment platforms for client information
  • Prepare reports and documents for client meetings and annual reviews
  • Review advice documents
Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years supporting financial advisers
  • Knowledge of comprehensive financial advice 
  • Experience using Xplan
  • Experience implementing advice recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
