Client Services Officer

About the role
Support a Senior Financial Adviser with a growing HNW client base. Manage end-to-end advice implementation, client service and ongoing administration. Work closely with Advisers, Client Services and Paraplanning to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.
  • Implement holistic advice strategies
  • Follow up client, adviser and provider docs
  • Manage new and ongoing client service needs
  • Prepare files and docs for adviser meetings
  • Maintain tasks and workflows in Xplan
  • Handle general office and client support tasks
Skills & Experience
  • Strong super, investment and insurance implementation experience
  • Advanced Xplan capability essential
  • Preferred experience with HUB24, Netwealth, CFS
  • 3+ years of CSO/CSM experience
  • High attention to detail and compliance focus
