About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer to join a well-established, growing financial services firm based in Brisbane’s bayside. You will support a Financial Adviser and play a key role in the smooth delivery of advice to an established client base, with a strong focus on SMSF and high-net-worth clients.

Working closely with the Adviser and broader internal team, you will be responsible for the implementation and administration of financial advice, ensuring an efficient and seamless client experience. This is a hands-on role suited to someone proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Implementation of financial advice recommendations
  • Preparation and management of FDS documentation
  • Trade execution and processing
  • Liaising with superannuation funds and external providers
  • Supporting the Adviser with day-to-day client management
  • Ensuring accurate and timely administration across all client matters
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Client Services, Client Support, or similar role within financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advice implementation
  • Xplan familiarity advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take initiative
