The Role
This is a role which will be well suited to a senior Administrator who enjoys working with Directors to ensure overall firm success. You will be managing the workflow of a busy accounting firm working closely with the Directors. This will suit someone who is experienced and already undertaking these tasks, or a Senior Administrator who is process driven and ready for their next step.

Your duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end workflow and reporting
- Allocation of clients to the accounting team
- Prioritisation of workflow across the firm
- Regular meetings with accounting team to monitor capacity
- Management of BAS
- Management of IAS
- Preparation of billing reports
- Overseeing lodgement program
- Overseeing compliance requirements ie ATO
- Preparation of month end billing reports
- Identification of system process and improvements
- Willingness to undertake project work when required
About You
You will come from a background in public practice accounting firms and be someone who enjoys working with a strong team focus. You will also have a passion for ensuring systems and processes are optimal. Ideally you will be:
- Professional, friendly with a proactive approach to your work
- Experienced working in a public practice accounting firm
- Experienced working with MYOB AE (not necessary but preferred)
- Passionate about working with a team to achieve objectives
- Someone who has a genuine desire to be part of a collaborative team
