Team Assistant/Client Service Administrator

Job description

About the Role:
This role is a pivotal one for the firm where you will create value across the team. From managing workflow, to assisting clients with queries and creating a strong first impression when required, this is a varied role which is highly valued. The focus of your role will be to provide administration support to a team of accountants. You will be tasked with:
  • Diary management and setting appointments
  • Preparation of documents on behalf of accountants
  • Collation of financial documents
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • Liaising with ASIC
  • Assessing systems and processes
  • Maintaining the client data base including set up of new clients
  
Skill and Experience:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
  
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an accounting firm
  • Experience undertaking the above duties
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be proactive
  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to shift focus and undertake a variety of tasks
