The focus of your role will be to provide administration support to a team of accountants. You will be tasked with:
- Diary management and setting appointments
- Preparation of documents on behalf of accountants
- Collation of financial documents
- Liaising with the ATO
- Liaising with ASIC
- Assessing systems and processes
- Maintaining the client data base including set up of new clients
Skill and Experience:
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 3 years of experience working in an accounting firm
- Experience undertaking the above duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be proactive
- A high attention to detail
- The ability to shift focus and undertake a variety of tasks
