About the Role This role is a varied one which is based in the firms' Ingham office. You can choose whether you work full time or part time - it's up to you! With a focus on providing exceptional client service, you will be responsible for providing administration support to a team of accountants. Your duties will include:
- Dealing directly with clients to assist with queries - Preparation of documents on behalf of accountants - Preparation of correspondence on behalf of accountants - Liaising with the ATO and undertaking associated tasks - Diary management - Updating client database - Undertaking reception duties - Assisting with ad hoc general administrative tasks
About You Ideally you will have experience working with an accounting firm or a professional services firm. You will be accustomed to dealing directly with clients and have exceptional client service skills. Additionally, you will:
- Have a high attention to detail - Enjoy working as part of a team - Be client focused - Have the ability to prioritise tasks - Work well under pressure - Love being the first point of contact for clients
