A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must. Experience within the accounting or finance industries is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support across a team of Accountants. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships. The following duties will form part of your daily tasks:

- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparation of fees
- Setting up of payments and online banking platforms
- Handling client queries
- Manage workflow effectively
- Maintain client records
- Undertake general administrative duties

Requisite Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting firm is ideal
