The Opportunity 
  
An exciting opportunity to work in a well-established, mid-tier accounting firm has arisen!  This is a busy role requiring an experienced, confident, Administrator.  A positive attitude and exceptional client service skills are a must. Experience within the accounting or finance industries is essential. 
  
Duties and Responsibilities:

Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support across a team of Accountants. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships. The following duties will form part of your daily tasks:
  • New client set-up
  • Following up documents and correspondence on behalf of accountants
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Preparation of fees
  • Setting up of payments and online banking platforms
  • Handling client queries
  • Manage workflow effectively
  • Maintain client records
  • Undertake general administrative duties

Requisite Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting firm is ideal
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Must enjoy working as part of a team
