The Role:
This is a rare opportunity to work for an established Bayside firm undertaking a varied role. This will suit an Administrator who has been searching for an all-encompassing role. You will not only be undertaking administrative duties but assisting with bookkeeping and dealing directly with clients. Primarily you will be the face of the firm but your broader duties include:

- Providing administrative support to a team of Accountants
- Providing general administrative support to the broader office
- Managing the reception area
- Greeting clients and assisting with queries
- Diary management
- Preparation of documents in readiness for client meetings
- Providing assistance with bookkeeping tasks including invoicing
You must have experience working in an accounting firm to be considered for this role. The other key attributes my client is seeking are:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional attitude and commitment to providing an excellent client experience
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping duties (data entry, reconciling accounts, invoicing)
- Experience using Xero or MYOB
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience using the Microsoft Suite
