About the Role
With continued growth and success, the firm is now looking for an experienced Team Administrator/Client Service Administrator to join their team. This role is a varied and busy one encompassing all administration duties required within an accounting firm including:

  • Providing support to a team of Accountants

  • Preparation of documents on behalf of Accountants

  • Preparation of correspondence on behalf of Accountants

  • Dealing directly with clients and assisting them with queries

  • Liaising with the ATO

  • Liaising with ASIC

  • Onboarding of new clients


Requisite Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a similar role is necessary (minimum 3 years) along with excellent communications skills.
