Our client is seeking a skilled administrator to work directly with two of the firm's Directors to provide a high level of support. About The Role
This role is a varied one which ensures that you will be kept busy and you will be able to utilise your full skill set.  Primarily you will be providing PA support to one Director and assisting a wider team of accountants.  You will be assisting the Director with numerous tasks and will be engaging with clients on a regular basis. Duties include:

  • Providing administrative support to a team of accountants

  • Providing personal assistance to two Directors including diary management and travel bookings

  • Coordinating client meetings

  • Preparation of client correspondence, reports, documents and presentations

  • Dealing directly with clients on behalf of accountants

  • Undertaking general administrative duties

About You
You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years working in the public practice accounting industry in a similar role.  You will also have the following:

  • Experience using Xero software

  • Experience using the ASIC portal

  • Exceptional client service skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Be able to work as part of a team

  • Ability to be proactive
