Our client is an exciting, dynamic and growing accounting advisory firm situated in the western suburbs of Sydney. They are seeking an Senior Accountant to join their team and forge a long-term career.

- Management accounting services to clients is provided and you will get training in how to complete quarterly or yearly reporting

The role will see you assisting the team with a portfolio of SME's and larger clients (up to $300 million turnover) across all industries.
Your role will also include:
- Preparing financial statements for all entities including companies, partnerships and trusts - with growth into an advisory role (business valuations, tax planning)
- SMSF client work, the firm has approximately 70 funds
- Completing quarterly and yearly reporting for management accounting services. Training will be provided
- Accompanying Partners and Managers to client meetings
- Liaising with clients regarding general queries
- Preparing Income Tax returns for group structures
- Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS
- Assisting and mentoring graduate level staff
- Proficiently use XERO, XERO Practice Manager and Class Super
The firm are seeking someone who is enjoys a challenge but likes working in a relaxed but professional office.
- Degree qualified with minimum of 5 years practice experience
- Be personable with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Committed to professional growth and have a proactive attitude
