Responsibilities This role is responsible for assisting the Business Services team with tax and accounting services for their clients in accordance with the firm's quality standards and time frames. You will be responsible for meeting established productivity targets, as well as communicating work status within the team to ensure deadlines are met. Looking after the Taxation & Financial Compliance needs of the clients (predominately SME’s), with a strong focus on SMSFs. Direct client contact (you will have your own portfolio of clients) Servicing a range of clients including participation in client meetings to receive and discuss client information Demonstrating interest in individual client needs & making recommendations to enhance customer service Xero, QuickBooks, ClassSuper and BGL360 are utilized but training can be provided on the software About You Degree qualified with solid experience in business services Solid experience with preparing and processing SMSF work Sharp attention to detail Ability to meet established deadlines Ability to effectively communicate thoughts and ideas Exposure to customer service Benefits and perks Generous salary, and employee benefits.
