ABOUT THE FIRM:
 
Seeking an experienced Business Services Manager to come on board due to constant growth within the firm. This is an exciting opportunity whereby you can fast track your career, manage your own portfolio and lead a dedicated team of 3.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsibility for managing compliance work for the client portfolio
  • Workflow management, including drafting invoices, timesheet completion, monitoring work-in-progress, determining write-offs and assistance in receivables/debt collection
  • Liaising with clients in a face-to-face meeting or by phone
  • Assistance with identifying new business opportunities
  • Reviewing financial accounts and tax returns for all type of entities
  • Preparing financial statements for businesses
  • Preparing management reports upon clients' request, including cash flow statement, cash flow analysis, budgeting, working capitals, break-even analysis, etc.
  • Tax compliance review and tax planning
ABOUT YOU:
 
As a Business Services professional you will have completed your CA/CPA and have a minimum 5 years + experience within an Australian accounting firm and have extensive knowledge in providing specialist taxation advise to a broad range of clients with large turnovers.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be managing a large and growing client base
  • Experience with managing and leading a team of accountants
  • A strong technical background in business services, taxation and/or superannuation
  • A positive and proactive attitude
