Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-level tax and business advisory services
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of business, private, and not-for-profit clients
  • 70% business advisory, build strong relationships with generational clients 
  • Mentor future managers and accountants and influence firm strategy
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced professionals
  • Review work and ensure strong technical and quality standards
  • Contribute to client strategy, workflow planning, and resourcing
About You

You are a relationship builder and a confident advisor with:
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Significant experience in public practice (Manager/Senior Manager or Associate Director level)
  • Strong technical expertise across business services and tax
  • Proven leadership and mentoring capability
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • An interest in contributing to the long-term growth of a mid-tier firm
