THE POSITION Core responsibilities will include: Preparing financial statements, BAS, and tax returns for all entities including SMSF (SMSF experience is not essential). Preparation of FBT and CGT returns. Preparation of cash flow statements. Managing your own portfolio if you at Senior level. Day-to-day contact with clients. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about always providing the best possible customer service and exhibit a great work ethic. 3-7 years in public practice, the practice can accommodate varying levels of experience and tailor the role around your level and career needs Degree qualified Completing CA/CPA or completed would be valued but NOT essential. Great communication skills, both verbal and written. Senior Manager
Brisbane | $180K - $200K package plus Bonuses
The Opportunity: Join a mid-tier with aggressive growth and a structured career plan to attain Director level (salaried or equity). Initially, this role will encompass staff management including mentoring and developing a team of 7, and client relationship management. Active participation in the leadership team with input into the strategic direction of the firm. There is a path to Associate Director within 12 months and a structured path to Director level.
