Senior Manager

The Opportunity:
 
Join a mid-tier with aggressive growth and a structured career plan to attain Director level (salaried or equity).

Initially, this role will encompass staff management including mentoring and developing a team of 7, and client relationship management. Active participation in the leadership team with input into the strategic direction of the firm. There is a path to Associate Director within 12 months and a structured path to Director level.

• Work alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager to grow the fee base 
• Developing and implementing best practices particularly relating to systems, processes and staff performance
• Build solid working relationships with new and existing clients and internal stakeholders.

• At least 5+ years’ experience in an Australian practice
• CA or CPA qualified
• Experience leading and managing a team
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Ability to create and implement best practices
• Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
