About You:
You are an experienced Client Service Administrator with at least 4 years experience working in a public practice accounting environment with some executive assistance experience. You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met. Additionally, you will have:

The Role:
This is a dual role combing both Executive Assistant as well as Customer Service Administration duties. Enjoy a wide variety of tasks including:
- Incoming/Outgoing mail, organising couriers and answering queries
- Standard ATO emails and letters, utilising the ATO portal, arranging payments and downloading reports
- Preparing client documents, preparing client invoices, booking meetings
- Setting up board room, managing diaries and attending to clients
- Utilising BGL, XERO, MYOB and FuseDocs
- TFN, ABN, GST, PAYG & FBT registration
- Setting up client files on XERO
- Assist in the preparation of client seminars and internal event management
- Provide recommendations regarding system reviews and processes
About You:
You are an experienced Client Service Administrator with at least 4 years experience working in a public practice accounting environment with some executive assistance experience. You are open to learning, have a "can do" attitude and are willing to work collaboratively to ensure the firm's objectives are met. Additionally, you will have:
