Senior Client Service Administrator

Job description

The Role: 
This is a busy and varied role in which you will be providing administrative support to a team of accountants. Your role will include:
  • Scheduling client meetings
  • Managing workflow for team and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaising with the ATO and setting up payment plans for clients
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting with preparation of BAS
  • Liaising directly with clients
  • Collating financial documents
  • Dealing with ASIC 
Skill and Experience:
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a public practice accounting environment. You will also have the following:  
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional approach to work
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work as a productive member of a team
  • High attention to detail
  • Desire to work in a role which provides variety in your day
