Our client is a highly successful accounting firm focused on providing an exceptional level of tailored services for their clients to ensure success and profitability. They currently have a vacancy within their advisory team for an experienced career Bookkeeper to manage their own portfolio of clients. Opportunity to take your extensive bookkeeping skills to the next level and work directly with clients to assist them to achieve overall business success!
  
This role will involve meeting clients on site from time to time and you will become an integral part of their team. You will be working with a broader advisory team to collaborate and share ideas with.

The Role:
You will provide a full function bookkeeping service to your clients which includes:
  

  • Managing the AP and AR function

  • Preparation and processing of payroll

  • EOM processes

  • Preparation of BAS

  • Preparation of IAS

  • Preparation of financial reports

  • Budget and cashflow in conjunction with the broader advisory team

  • Meeting with clients on site to fully understand how they operate

  
About You:
  
You will be an experienced Bookkeeper who has worked at a senior level and is looking for a fresh approach to working with clients. You will be someone who thrives on getting to know your clients and understand their business. You will also love assisting businesses to reach their goals! Ideally you will also have:
  

  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping

  • Experience working to manage a portfolio of clients

  • A proactive approach to working with clients

  • Ability to build strong professional relationships

  • Experience working with Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks
