Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support across a team of Accountants. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships. The following duties will form part of your daily tasks:
New client set-up
Following up documents and correspondence on behalf of accountants
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Preparation of fees
Setting up of payments and online banking platforms
Handling client queries
Manage workflow effectively
Maintain client records
Undertake general administrative duties
Requisite Skills & Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration within an accounting firm is ideal
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Must enjoy working as part of a team
