Key Responsibilities:
- Care for a group of clients in a broad range of accounting, taxation
- and business matters.
- Able to undertake and analyse complex accounting and reporting
- tasks.
- Assist Managers in the completion of work assignments as required.
- Competently assists and reviews the work of other team members.
- Undertake training and development to improve skills and
- techniques.
- Promote a professional and positive work environment.
- Display a high level of maturity, motivation and enthusiasm.
- Take responsibility for prioritising and managing own workflow
- within time and budget requirements.
- Support team members in the completion of work, including
- providing appropriate feedback in a constructive manner.
- Seek feedback as part of personal and career development.

- Display a strong client service ethic.
- Effectively foster and maintain client relationships (both internal
- and external).
- Produce quality documentation and work within agreed timeframes
- and presentation standards.
- Maintain awareness of changes to legislation and industry practices
- and proactively communicate to team and clients.
- Completed university studies with a degree in commerce, accounting or business (or possesses equivalent practical experience).
- CA/CPA qualifications completed (if applicable).
- 3+ years post degree experience in accounting or professional practice.
- Excellent technical skills and knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Practice Management (e.g. MYOB, APS) and Commercial Accounting (e.g. XERO, Cashbook Plus, MYOB, QuickBooks) software.
