Overview:
Our client offers a range of accounting and advisory services to support business growth. They are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join the team remotely (must be based in Australia with local tax experience). This is a fulltime or parttime position, ideal for someone passionate about their accounting career who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, ensuring that clients feel valued. Your key responsibilities include preparing tax returns and financial statements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service to all clients, and handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
Prepare tax returns and financial statements for all entities.
Develop a strong understanding of the client portfolio and their points of difference.
Ensure all your accounting transactions are processed in accordance with company procedures.
Work within a supportive team dynamic.
Attend client meetings when required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You’re passionate about accounting and have a natural talent for connecting with people. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy multitasking while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Strong client service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities, with a friendly and professional approach.
Confident in decision making and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Technical competency, CA/CPA qualification.
Strong MS Office skills, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel and XERO.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic that contributes to a welcoming team environment
