Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Accountant – Beaudesert (with Flexible WFH Options)
Location: Beaudesert (1-2 days per fortnight in the office for client meetings)

Role Overview:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll manage a diverse client portfolio across various industries while delivering personalized advisory services. You’ll have the opportunity to shape clients' financial strategies, handle compliance tasks, and collaborate with a supportive offshore team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Advisory: Build strong client relationships while offering strategic advice on tax, financial planning, and compliance.
Financial Statements & Tax Returns: Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS, IAS, and other compliance documents.
Tax Planning: Provide proactive tax planning advice to help clients maximize financial outcomes.
Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and manage compliance risks and opportunities to enhance client financial strategies.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore team to deliver seamless client solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
At least 4 years of experience in Australian public practice accounting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
An ambition to grow within a firm and potentially progress to a partner role.
A proactive approach to tax planning and client advisory.
