About the Role:

In this role, you’ll work across tax, business advisory, and management accounting – supporting a broad client base that includes SMEs, family businesses, and professionals. It’s a unique opportunity to gain commercial-style experience without leaving public practice.
You’ll also mentor junior team members and work closely with managers and partners to deliver high-impact results.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax returns, financial statements, and compliance work
- Provide management accounting services (budgets, forecasts, KPI analysis, cash flow)
- Assist with advisory reports and business performance insights
- Act as a day-to-day contact for client queries
- Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high level advisory pieces
- Support and mentor junior staff, including review of their work
- Keep up to date with relevant tax legislation and industry changes
About You:
- CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
- 3–5 years of experience in public practice
- Solid tax compliance skills with an interest in management accounting
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Xero, MYOB and related tools
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
