  • Provide management accounting services (budgets, forecasts, KPI analysis, cash flow)
  • Assist with advisory reports and business performance insights
  • Act as a day-to-day contact for client queries
  • Work closely with Managers and Partners to deliver high level advisory pieces
  • Support and mentor junior staff, including review of their work
  • Keep up to date with relevant tax legislation and industry changes

About You:
  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • 3–5 years of experience in public practice
  • Solid tax compliance skills with an interest in management accounting
  • Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Xero, MYOB and related tools
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow

About the Firm:

This mid-sized Sydney firm offers the best of both worlds — the culture of a close-knit team with the structure and capability of a larger practice.
Their modern office includes open-plan workspaces, breakout areas and even a games zone. You'll enjoy a supportive environment that truly values work-life balance, learning, and inclusion.
