Receptionist/Administrator - Accounting Firm

Job description

The Role

This is a role that will provide you with variety in your day and also the chance to expand on your skill set over time. You will be responsible for providing reception duties as well as administrative support to a team of Accountants. Your duties will include: 


  • Scheduling appointments on behalf of accountants 
  • Liaising with the ATO and ASIC and utilizing the portals on behalf of accountants
  • Collation of financial documents
  • Updating the client database
  • Providing adhoc support as required to Accountants
  
About You

To be considered for this role it is ideal that you have experience working in a public practice accounting environment undertaking a similar role OR a similar professional services environment. You will also have the following:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional approach to work
  • Proactive attitude
  • Experience using Xero, MYOB, CAS 360
  • Ability to work as a productive member of a team
  • Willingness to progress your career and learn new skills
