Receptionist/Administrator

About the Role:
This position sits in the administration team and you will be responsible for providing a pivotal role for the firm undertaking Front Desk and administration duties. You will work alongside a broader administration team but have the benefit of "owning" your role. Your duties will include:  
  • Being the first point of contact for clients
  • Answering phones and assisting with queries
  • Scheduling of appointments
  • Scanning
  • Sending out digital packages to clients for signing
  • Monitoring of emails
  • Updating database
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
About You:
You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a client facing role.  You will enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Additionally, you will have: 
  • Experience using Xero software, XPM and Fusesign (ideal but not essential) 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively 
  • Ability to work with a small tight knit team
