- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Answering phones and assisting with queries
- Scheduling of appointments
- Scanning
- Sending out digital packages to clients for signing
- Monitoring of emails
- Updating database
- Onboarding of new clients
- Undertaking adhoc administration duties as required
You will be an experienced administrator who thrives in a client facing role. You will enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience using Xero software, XPM and Fusesign (ideal but not essential)
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work with a small tight knit team
