About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Administrators. You will be responsible for providing a combination of duties which includes direct assistance to one of the firm's Directors. Your duties will include:

- Reception duties including monitoring the firm's inbox
- Contacting clients on behalf of the Directors
- Managing client relationships by assisting with queries
- Preparing documents on behalf of accountants
- Diary management
- Following up clients on behalf of accountants
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients
- Undertaking general administrative tasks
- Work closely with the broader administration team
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience with a strong administration background. You will be someone who has demonstrated a stable work history. Additionally, you will be:
