The Firm
This is an exciting opportunity to join large CBD firm who are continuing to enjoy a high level of success. They are currently experiencing strong growth and have a reputation for valuing their staff.  A rare opportunity to join their administration team is now available.

About the Role
This administration role sits within a broader team of experienced Client Service Administrators.  You will be responsible for providing a combination of duties which includes direct assistance to one of the firm's Directors.   Your duties will include:

  • Reception duties including monitoring the firm's inbox

  • Contacting clients on behalf of the Directors

  • Managing client relationships by assisting with queries

  • Preparing documents on behalf of accountants

  • Diary management

  • Following up clients on behalf of accountants

  • Ensure deadlines are met

  • Liaising with the ATO on behalf of clients

  • Undertaking general administrative tasks

  • Work closely with the broader administration team  

About You
Ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience with a strong administration background.  You will be someone who has demonstrated a stable work history.  Additionally, you will be:

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about ensuring high quality outcomes 

  • Someone who has a high attention to detail

  • Great at handling multiple tasks
