About The Firm
Based in the northern suburbs of Brisbane, this firm has enjoyed a great deal of success within their chosen field.  They are currently at the start of yet another growth phase and as their business grows, they are adding to their team. They take a collaborative approach to the way they work and are looking for a passionate Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. 

About the Role
This role is pivotal as you will be the face of the firm!  You will enjoy dealing directly with clients and will also assist the broader administration team.  You will be working in a firm which has a positive team culture and collaborative way of working together.  You will be responsible for: 

  • Answering phones

  • Welcoming clients to the firm

  • Diary management

  • Setting up of meeting rooms

  • Assisting with general administration duties

  • Ensuring a positive first impression 

  • Attending to adhoc duties as required

About You
Ideally you will have experience working in the professional services sector or have a passion for joining a professional firm.  Experience in client facing roles is essential.  Additionally, you will have the following:

  • Positive and team focussed attitude

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

  • Experience in working within an office environment 

  • Experience in providing exceptional client service

  • Experience using Microsoft and database systems
