About The Role
This role is a varied one which ensures that you will be kept busy! Primarily you will be providing front desk support in a client facing role. You will be the face of firm welcoming clients. You will also have the opportunity to assist the broader administration team. Your duties will include:
Greeting clients
Answering phones and directing calls
Manage meeting rooms and setting up of meetings
Assisting with client queries
General administration including mail and arranging of catering
Providing assistance to the broader administration when required
About You
You will ideally have at least two year of experience working in a similar role within a professional environment OR have experience in a customer service role . You will also have the following:
Exceptional client service skills
Ability to provide warm and professional service to clients
Ability to multi task
Proven experience working as part of a team
Ability to organise and prioritise tasks
