Our client is a boutique accounting firm based in the inner northern suburbs. They are an established firm who offer a supportive and friendly team environment. About the Role
This is primarily a reception position which will include providing general administrative support to the accounting team. You will be required to undertake the following:
- Meet and greet clients
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Provide administrative assistance as required
- Create a pleasant and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
There is also opportunity to increase your skill set and take on more challenging accounting administrative tasks over time.
Ideally you will have already had experience working in a similar role. You will be accustomed to working in a professional environment and be seeking a long term full time role.
