- Meeting and greeting clients
- Directing phone calls
- Managing meeting rooms
- Assisting with events
- Providing administrative to Accountants
- Assisting the broader administration team
- Undertaking general administrative tasks
- Updating client database
- Assisting with adhoc duties as required
- Ensuring the office is well presented
