About the Role
The position is a Reception role with a focus on providing exceptional, personalised client service. Whilst the position is predominately a reception position, it will incorporate administration duties as well including:

  • Compliance checking in preparation for meetings

  • Liaising with clients to confirm appointments

  • Collation of documents in preparation for meetings

  • Liaising with and providing documents to external organisations

  • Confirmation of appointments

  • Adhoc general administration tasks as required


About You
If you have an experience in a customer facing role then this role could be for you if you have a proactive and dedicated attitude. Alternatively, if you are an experienced Receptionist who enjoys working as part of a team and dealing directly with clients, that level of experience would be well regarded.  Whatever your background, a passion for ensuring clients receive a friendly and professional first impression of the business is absolutely vital!
