The Role
This is a pivotal role which will see the the successful candidate working alongside the two Directors to achieve the firms' short and long term goals. Continued improvement across the firm is the goal and they are looking for someone who can add value to the existing team. Experience working in an accounting firm is a must along with a proactive approach to your work.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring workflow practices and systems are optimal and look toward continual improvement
- Seek innovation and add value to the existing operations
- Manage workflow to assist the team
- Manage KPI’s across the firm and track results to implement improvement if needed
- Preparation of reports to assist with streamlining business practices
- HR duties such as future planning, recruitment and managing staff
- Assisting staff with tasks as needed
- Liaising with external key stakeholders

About You
