Practice Manager
Job description
The Role
This role presents the opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a pivotal role working with the Directors to achieve continued improvement across the firm. You will add value to an already passionate team and undertake the practice management duties of the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring workflow practices and systems are optimal and look toward continual improvement
- Seek innovation and add value to the existing operations
- Manage workflow to assist the team including compliance functions with ATO and ASIC
- Manage KPI’s across the firm and track results to implement improvement if needed
- Preparation of reports to assist with streamlining business practices
- Manage and maintain the client engagement process taking a client centric approach
- Preparation of client agreements and engagement letters
- HR duties such as future planning, recruitment and managing staff
- Assisting staff with tasks as needed
- Liaising with external key stakeholders

About You
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years working in a similar role. You will also have:
- Experience using cloud- based platforms such as FYI Docs, Fusesign, XPM, NowInfinity
- Proven history is process and system improvement
- A proactive team- based approach to your work
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Excellent organisational skills
