The Role
This role will form part of the firm’s leadership team, and you will enjoy working with a well-respected and professional team. The firm is continuing to enjoy growth and success and they are seeking a Practice Manager to lead the operational functions of the firm. Your role will involve taking responsibility for:  
  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Coordination of workflow
  • Assessing systems and procedures
  • Reporting
  • Managing the invoicing function as well as debtor management
  • Budgeting and reporting
  • HR duties including recruitment, onboarding and performance management
  • Management of the administration team
  • Facilitation of training and CPD programs
  • Ensuring the strength of client communications is optimal
  • Liaisisng with external key stakeholders
  • Assisting with general practice management
  
About You
You will have experience undertaking the above duties within a professional services environment, preferably accounting and finance. You will operate with a client focused vision whilst ensuring the overall goals of the firm are achieved. Ideally you will:
  • Hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Management
  • Have experience using Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, BGL CAS 360 and Fusesign
  • Be experienced in providing exceptional leadership
  • Bring a solution focused approach to your work
  • Have experience with change management
  • Be capable of prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
