About the opportunity:

We are partnered with a successful financial advice practice located on the Gold Coast that is experiencing continued growth across their client base and team. They provide tailored financial advice solutions to a niche client base and have been in operation for close to 10 years.

Due to business growth, they are looking to hire a Practice Manager that can assist with overall management of the team and business.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

• Provide management and operational support to directors
• Manage HR duties and processes
• Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding 
• Day to day management of CSO and paraplanning staff including workflow management 
• Performance management of admin staff
• Assist with regular business reporting and payments
• General office management 

About you:

• Previous experience in a practice/office/operations management role in an Australian financial planning or accounting firm
• Completion of a relevant tertiary degree is favourable but not mandatory
• Ideally an understanding of general financial planning processes and business operations
• HR experience
• Experience managing a team and handling performance management
• Accounting/revenue reporting experience will be highly regarded
• Personable and comfortable managing staff day to day 

Salary is flexible depending on skills and experience, circa $85,000 - $100,000 + Super.
