We are partnered with a successful financial advice practice located on the Gold Coast that is experiencing continued growth across their client base and team. They provide tailored financial advice solutions to a niche client base and have been in operation for close to 10 years.
Due to business growth, they are looking to hire a Practice Manager that can assist with overall management of the team and business.

- Provide management and operational support to directors
- Manage HR duties and processes
- Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding
- Day to day management of CSO and paraplanning staff including workflow management
- Performance management of admin staff
- Assist with regular business reporting and payments
- General office management
- Previous experience in a practice/office/operations management role in an Australian financial planning or accounting firm
- Completion of a relevant tertiary degree is favourable but not mandatory
- Ideally an understanding of general financial planning processes and business operations
- HR experience
- Experience managing a team and handling performance management
- Accounting/revenue reporting experience will be highly regarded
- Personable and comfortable managing staff day to day
