Ben specialises in recruitment across the Financial Services industry. He completed a Bachelor of Business (Economics & Finance) at QUT, graduating in 2015. Since then, Ben has worked for 4 years in an ASX listed and industry leading Banking and Financial Services company. He had exposure to multiple different teams and roles, but most recently worked in the company’s Private Bank business.
Ben draws on his industry experience to provide first hand advice on our roles and vacancies, while his easy going and friendly nature cultivates strong, long-lasting relationships.

Junior Financial Adviser
Brisbane | $90,000 - $100,000 + Super + Bonus
Our client is a well established boutique firm located in Brisbane's southern suburbs. They provide comprehensive financial advice to a broad client base including some not-for-profit organisations. Due to growth, there is an opportunity for a junior financial adviser to join the team. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has completed their studies and Professional Year, and is looking to develop their career in financial advice. Benefits: Work closely with a senior financial adviser Mentorship and training provided New client leads provided Excellent team culture with a family feel Manage clients and client meetings Develop a client base and move into a standalone adviser role Base salary plus bonus Tasks and Responsibilities: Manage a book of clients alongside a senior adviser Attend client meetings with senior adviser Complete file notes post client meeting Develop strategy recommendations Handle day to day client management and ongoing relationships with clients Liaise with internal paraplanning and admin support Develop your client management skills and over time, become the lead adviser on your own book of clients About you: Circa 2 years of experience as an authorised financial adviser Completed FASEA required studies and Professional Year (if required) Experience attending/running client meetings and developing strategies Strong knowledge of financial planning practices and regulations Good technical ability Exposure to holistic financial advice Excellent communication skills Salary is flexible depending on experience, circa $90,000 to $100,000 + Super + Bonus. An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Client Services Officer to join their team. You will be joining a supportive and welcoming team, working alongside other CSO's, supporting two Financial Advisers.
