About the opportunity:

We are partnered with a successful professional services practice located on the Gold Coast that is experiencing continued growth across their client base and team. They provide tailored financial advice, accounting and mortgage broking solutions and have been in operation for over 10 years.

Due to business growth, they are looking to hire an experienced paraplanner to join their financial planning team.

Tasks and responsibilities: 

  • Generating high-quality SOA and ROA documents for holistic financial advice recommendations

  • Assist in strategy development

  • Complete research and projections for plans

  • Work closely with financial advisers and admin support 

  • Develop client relationships and assist with ad-hoc client queries

  • Ensure advice documents meet all compliance requirements 

About you:

  • 5+ years of paraplanning experience

  • Experience writing plans for holistic advice scenarios

  • Strong technical and compliance knowledge

  • Ideally completed or working towards relevant tertiary qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to work cohesively as part of a collaborative team
